Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the free and Pro editions of Gelkansoft apps downloaded from gelkansoft.com. By installing an app or buying a Pro license you accept these terms.

Purchases

Pro licenses are sold through FastSpring, acting as Merchant of Record. FastSpring takes the payment, issues the invoice and calculates and pays the taxes due in your country. FastSpring's terms of sale also apply to your purchase.

The charge appears on your card statement with a FastSpring descriptor (for example a name starting with “FS*”). If you see a charge you do not recognise, please write to us before disputing it.

License

You are granted the right to use the apps; you are not granted ownership, source code, or the right to redistribute or resell them. The free edition can be used with no time limit.

A Pro license is for use on one computer and covers every update of the major version you bought (for example 1.x). It is not a subscription; you are not charged again.

What is not allowed

• Sharing, selling or publicly posting your license key.
• Circumventing the license check or distributing tools that do so.
• Redistributing or selling the apps under another name.

Refunds

You can get a refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed. For details see the refund policy.

Third-party components

The apps include open-source components. Those components are subject to their own licenses, listed on each app's “Third-party licenses” page.

Warranty and liability

The apps are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that they will work without errors on every computer and every network; we recommend trying the free edition before you buy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the apps, and our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for that app.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current date is shown at the top of this page. The scope of a license you have already bought is never reduced to your disadvantage.
