You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying a Pro license, no reason needed.
Within 14 days, no questions asked, the full amount you paid.
How do I get a refund?
- Write to our support address from the e-mail address you used at checkout.
- Include your order number (it is in the order e-mail sent by FastSpring).
- The refund goes back to your original payment method through FastSpring. How long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank.
After the refund
The license key of the refunded order is revoked and the app returns to the free edition. The free features keep working.
If you want to buy again later, you can get a new license.
Write to us instead of disputing the charge
A dispute (chargeback) with your bank takes longer. If you are within 14 days, sending us your refund request directly is the fastest way; for special cases outside that period, write to us as well and we will take a look.
Before you buy
The free edition of each app has no time limit. Before buying Pro, you can use it to check that the app works well on your computer.
