The app

BlockFocus stores your block lists, schedules, profiles, settings, session history and license key only on your computer, in C:\ProgramData\BlockFocus. This data never leaves your computer; we cannot see it.

There is no account, no advertising, no crash reporting and no usage tracking. To block websites, the app checks the destination website name of outgoing connections locally, in memory, during a session; it does not record or send your browsing history. License keys are verified offline.

The optional update check is off by default. If you turn on “Check for new versions”, the app downloads a small version file from our website at most once a day; the request carries nothing beyond what every web request carries (your IP address, the app name and version).

This site has no ads, no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.

Pro license

Purchases are processed by FastSpring as Merchant of Record; your card details never reach us. We receive your e-mail address and order details only to deliver your license, provide support and handle refunds.
